Payments are accepted via cash, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal.

Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis.

All prices are based on the 2026 rates.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the lesson time.
Unless there are special circumstances, same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the lesson fee.

We cannot extend the lesson time in case of late arrival.

For on-site lessons, please make sure to reserve and confirm the pool access yourself in advance.

Please inform us in advance if you or your child have any health conditions, injuries, or medical concerns.

Lessons are available for children aged 3 and above.

For children's lessons, a parent or guardian must be present nearby during the session.

If using an outdoor pool, lessons may be canceled due to weather conditions. In such cases, we will offer a rescheduled session.
